Fire & Rescue services

We provide experienced interim criminal justice practitioners quickly, easily and cost-efficiently. Our services are designed to help you meet the broader challenges of the fire & rescue sector, and those of the Crime and Disorder Act (1998).

The Crime and Disorder Act (1998)

The effect of this act was closer collaboration between the Fire & rescue sector and the police force, local authorities and probation services. This meant roles and responsibilities became increasingly varied.

We have the industry scope to provide professional people able to meet the needs of the three major fire service areas which emerged as a result:

  • Dealing with fires and other emergencies
  • Enforcing fire safety laws
  • Reducing the number of fires, deaths, injuries and false alarm calls

Our Fire & Rescue services team is lead former industry practitioners, which means we understand that fire brigades have evolved beyond the traditional reactive model. That's why we also provide experts ready able to aid in community-based and proactive prevention measures.

Roles we can recruit range from promoting awareness and prevention, through active community involvement to investigation and enforcement and include:

  • Home Fire Safety Advocates
  • Arson investigators
  • Community Safety Project Officers
  • Crime Reduction Officers
  • Arson Reduction Officers
(including those with Youth Offending skills)
